The Merchantile was founded by Kimberly Pak, whose passion for launching a marketplace grew from her 10 years of experience as a pop-up vendor. Inspired by her husband, Eugene, and driven by her vision, Kimberly saw a need in Arizona for a vibrant marketplace, as there was nothing like this here back in 2019. She wanted to help the community she came from by creating something that had never been done before.
Together, they spearheaded the local vendor marketplace retail shop movement, incorporating small creative vendors and providing them with a platform to showcase and sell their products. Kimberly’s goal is to create a strong vendor community and help everyone in her stores achieve success through small business ownership, offering a thriving retail space in beautiful stores to connect with the community and flourish.
