A rotating resale experience inside The Merchantile of Phoenix. Rent a rack, style it with pieces from your own closet, and let our shoppers do the rest. Merch Reloved gives local sellers a curated retail spot to sell gently used, contemporary women’s clothing, shoes, and accessories — no reselling apps, no shipping, no hassle.
The Merchantile provides the retail space, checkout experience, sales tracking, and seller payouts. You bring the clothes, style your rack, and get paid.
The Process
How It Works
Reserve
New rentals open once a month, on the first Thursday. Reserve your monthly rental before that date.
Move In
On move-in day (12–6pm), bring your pieces, price and tag them in store with supplies we provide, then style your rack.
Shop
Your rack goes live that Friday. Shoppers browse and buy in store throughout your term. Restock anytime during store hours (11am–5pm).
Get Paid
Sales are tracked automatically in SimpleConsign. Payouts are issued monthly by the 6th, via direct deposit.
Pricing & Schedule

A 1.5% credit card processing fee applies only to items purchased with a credit card. A $2.50 ACH fee applies to payouts. Rental fees are due at booking and are non-refundable. New rentals are accepted once a month; reservations close one week before that month’s move-in date.
Move-In Day & Term Schedule
How the Schedule Works

All rentals run for a monthly rental cycle, starting on the first Thursday of the month and ending on the Tuesday before the next cycle starts. New rentals are accepted once a month, on the first Thursday — reserve early, spots are limited.

Seller Guidelines
What We’re Looking For
Quality First
Items must be clean, gently used, and in excellent selling condition. No stains, holes, odors, excessive wear, or damaged pieces.
Curated, Not Cluttered
Each rack should feel intentionally merchandised and easy to shop. Sellers stay within their designated rack and item limit.
What We Accept
Women’s clothing only — plus shoes, handbags, and fashion accessories that align with The Merchantile shopping experience. We accept modern, contemporary, and trendy vintage pieces, all in good condition. No men’s or kids. Items that are not modern, trendy, in good condition, or by a brand that’s currently in style may be removed from the rack at The Merchantile’s discretion.
Seller Sets the Price
Sellers determine their own pricing and tag all merchandise in store on move-in day, before it goes on the sales floor.

Pricing Tips
20–30%
Basics: price at 20–30% of original retail. Example — J.Crew knit tank, originally $45, suggested resale $10–$14.
30–40%
Trendy / elevated pieces: price at 30–40% of original retail. Example — Free People dress, originally $130, suggested resale $40–$52.
Merchandising tips: color-block your rack, hang dresses together, display bags on the top shelf, steam your clothes, and leave space between hangers.
How Your Items Are Tagged
Clothing tags are filled out by the consignor when you move in — booth number, price, and item description all live on the tag, so shoppers (and our checkout team) always know exactly what they’re looking at. Merch Reloved will supply the hangers and tagging supplies/equipment.
